What is SAND: Raiders of Sophie?
SAND: Raiders of Sophie is an online extraction shooter set on the dried-up seabed of a dying world. The signature hook is the Trampler — a giant walking mech fortress that you and your crew build, customize and pilot across the sands. You raid points of interest, fight rival crews, grab loot, and try to extract before you're wiped out.
It's developed by Ukrainian studios Hologryph and TowerHaus and published by tinyBuild. The game blends base-building, vehicle combat and PvPvE extraction gameplay, which is why it sits somewhere between Last Oasis, Sea of Thieves and modern extraction shooters.
Players often search for it simply as the SAND game, Sands of Sophie, or just SAND on Steam — they're all the same game, officially titled SAND: Raiders of Sophie.
